Infrastructure

Located in Ambernath near Mumbai, the premises spread over a 7500 sq. m. land. The factory premises include a three storey administrative building and a production area, which make up for the 77,000 sq. ft. built up area.

We have the state of the art machinery throughout the entire production line that produces quality products time and again. The infrastructure includes:

Cleaning

Cleaning is a process to separate the raw material from foreign particles that can cause degradation of the quality of the final product.

Separating

Separating process involves sorting impurities from the actual content.
The remaining impurities and contaminants are separated from the raw material using a gravity separator.

Grading

Grading is sorting the raw material according to various standards such as colour, size, aroma, etc. Grading helps us to determine the perfect use of the raw materials. The better grade seeds are processed and packed.

Pulverizing

Pulverizing is a reduction of particle sized process. The process takes place at controlled cool temperature to retain aroma and keep the characteristics of the product intact.

Sterilization

To reduce microbial load raw materials are treated through Ethylene Oxide gas at a precise temperature and pressure in an ETO treatment plant from PCI, as per global food safety standards.

Packaging

Packaging is the technology of enclosing or protecting products for distribution, storage, sale and use. We use the most advanced form fill seal machines to pack the products which add an aesthetic appeal and make the products attractive to the buyers. A metal detector and a cartoning machine are then used to ready the packs in a carton for shipping.

The high levels of infrastructure that are mentioned above are constantly being maintained, updated and upgraded so that the quality of products and services never becomes obsolete. We strive to keep ourselves ahead of the time.
